I have recently come across this artist called Edward Wadsworth. He was an English artist associated with the very short lived art movement called Vorticism. This is a style I’ve never come across before, I like the abstract shapes. Wadsworth adapted Vorticism onto war ships in the First World War. The designs were called dazzle camouflage and confused the enemy, making them unable to pinpoint the speed and direction of the vessel.
